The working principle of a stainless steel thin film evaporator is to evenly distribute the liquid to be evaporated on the surface of the heater, forming a thin film. Then, the heat provided by the heater evaporates the liquid on the surface of the film, thereby separating the solutes in the liquid to achieve the purpose of liquid separation, concentration, and purification.
