Mixed liquid entering: The mixed liquid enters the separator through the feed pipeline, usually with the feed inlet located at the top of the separator.
Mixed liquid stratification: Due to the different densities of the two liquids, the mixed liquid undergoes stratification in the separator.
Liquid collection: As needed, liquid discharge ports are installed at the bottom and top of the separator to collect liquid from the bottom and top layers.
Heating Method: Steam Heating / Electric Heating (optional)
Liquid liquid separators are mainly used to separate two immiscible or essentially immiscible liquid phases (extraction phase and residual phase) during or after extraction. This type of equipment is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other fields, and is a key device for achieving liquid-liquid separation.
